Mexican Tacos With Lean Ground Beef

These tacos are made from lean ground beef that has been seasoned with Grill Party BBQ® Savory Taco Seasoning and shredded with fresh veggies. They’re a healthier alternative to homemade taco meat that everyone in the family will enjoy.
For a quick and flavorful meal, serve these healthy tacos with your favorite taco toppings.

STEP TWO: SHRED THE VEGGIES
- Shred the carrots and zucchini with a box grater, then set the sliced veggies aside while you measure the taco seasoning.
STEP THREE: TIME TO COOK!
- Heat olive oil in a medium-high heat pan.
- When the pan and oil are hot, add the ground beef and cook until it is brown.
- Once the beef is cooked through, drain any excess fat from the meat and return it to the skillet over low heat.
- Mix in the taco seasoning and the shredded veggies.
- Add some water and allow to simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until most of the water has been absorbed
STEP FOUR: SERVE IT UP!
- Fill taco shells with meat and toppings of your choice, then serve.

- Olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 2 medium shredded Carrots
- 1 small shredded Zucchini
- Taco Shells

- your favorite taco toppings (chopped green or red onion, avocados, grated cheddar cheese, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Olives, Cabbage, Beans, etc)
