Louisiana’s Finest Barbecued Shrimp

Louisiana barbecued shrimp is a magical dish intensely flavored with Grill Party BBQ® Bayou Bay Seasoning, quick to prepare, and perfect for entertaining everyone.

STEP TWO: PREP THE BOWL!
- Combine Grill Party BBQ® Bayou Bay, thyme, oregano, and bay leaves in a small bowl.
STEP THREE: COOKING TIME!
- Melt and sizzle the butter in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pour in the garlic, prepared bowl ingredients, wine, fish or chicken stock, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and continue to cook until the sauce thickens enough to coat a spoon lightly.
- Shake the pan as it cooks for 5 to 7 minutes to help bring the sauce together.
- Reduce the heat to low, and cook the shrimp, turning once, until pink and firm, 3 to 5 minutes.
STEP FOUR: SERVING TIME!
- Sprinkle the parsley over the shrimp and serve immediately with warm French bread to soak up the sauce. You should eat with your hands.

- 1 pound Shell-on Shrimp
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) Butter
- 2 finely chopped Garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 1/2 cup Chicken or Fish Stock
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp Fresh minced Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 crushed Bay Leaves
- 3 tsp Grill Party BBQ Bayou Bay Cookout Seasoning
- Hot crusty French Bread for serving
