STEP ONE: ORDER GRILL PARTY BBQ® FAJITA FIESTA SEASONING
- You can’t make this recipe without the magic of our fan-favorite Fajita Fiesta seasoning! Learn more about this blend: https://grillpartybbq.com/shop/fajita-fiesta-seasoning/
STEP TWO: SEASON YO’ CHICKEN
- Stir in the Grill Party BBQ® Fajita Fiesta seasoning to completely coat both sides of the chicken.
STEP THREE: BAKING TIME
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half.
- Set aside the ‘tops.’ Place both bottoms in a 9×13 baking dish, side by side. You may need to squish them slightly in order for them to fit evenly in the pan.
- Evenly distribute the seasoned chicken across the bottom buns.
- Sauté the onions and peppers in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until soft and slightly caramelized, about 3-5 minutes.
- Distribute them evenly over the chicken.
- Spread the cheese evenly over the hot vegetables. The sliders should then be topped with their respective top buns.
- Melt the butter, garlic, and oregano in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly until the butter is completely melted. Distribute the mixture evenly over the tops of the buns.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, covered with aluminum foil.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are toasty and golden brown.
STEP FIVE: SERVE IT UP
- Serve the sliders while still warm!
