STEP ONE: ORDER GRILL PARTY BBQ® BARBECUE COOKOUT SEASONING

STEP TWO: RUB YOUR MEAT

  • Generously rub your Barbecue Cookout seasoning on both sides of the ribs. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours (suggested overnight).

STEP THREE: ROASTING & HALF COOK’IN

  • Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F
  • Mix your broth and vinegar in a roasting pan.
  • Add your ribs to the pan.
  • Cover with foil (make sure its tight)
  • Bake for 2 hours.
  • Remove the ribs from the pan and place them on a platter.
  • Move the remaining liquid from the roasting pan in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once this reaches a boil lower the heat to a simmer and reduce by half.
  • Add your barbecue sauce to the reduced liquid.
