Grilled Chicken With Chili And Lime

Grilled chicken marinated in Grill Party BBQ® Chili Limon seasoning and grilled to perfection. It only takes 30 minutes to make this quick and easy recipe!

STEP TWO: CLEAN YO’ CHICKEN
- Remove the bones from the chicken thighs, leaving the skin on, and pat dry with paper towels. Place aside.
STEP THREE: SEASONING TIME!
- Using a whisk, combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Check that the Marinade is well combined.
- Stir the chicken into the marinade, making sure it is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
STEP FIVE: LET’S GET IT COOKIN’
- Light the grill and brush a little oil on the surface.
- On top of the chicken, sprinkle some of the marinade’s garlic, cilantro, and jalapeno.
- Grill them on both sides until golden brown and charred.
- Serve right away.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 – 2 1/2 lbs. (1 kg-1.3 kg) chicken thighs with skin
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 tsp. fresh lime zest
- 2 tsp Grill Party BBQ® Chili Limon seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 finely chopped jalapeño
- 4 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp sea salt
